WED 6 FEB 2008  •  2008 MEET THE RIDERS + MCKENZIE SINGS

FREE EVENT! NO ADMISSION CHARGE:

It's the annual chance for fans to meet the team for the first time in 2008 as all the faces for the coming season will be attending.

Also adding high class entertainment to the event will be the 3rd appearance for us by the simply superb local award winning vocalist, McKenzie, who has to be seen to be believed with his vast range of song-styles to please every ear.

Songs from The Rat Pack era through Reggae, 70's disco, pop, a touch of light rock and everywhere in between and beyond is covered in a McKenzie gig, and this one is not to be missed as his entertaining style and performance can only be lifted even more by a large attendance.

This is a great way to kick off 2008, meeting the full Diamonds squad, a night with McKenzie plus the usual raffle and hands of the ever-popular playing card bingo so please join in the fun on Wednesday 6th February at 7.30pm at the PTE.

At last we can confirm as fact the next NSSC event will be a video race night as well as the AGM preceding the main attraction.

The venue is the Newton Park Function Suite and the date is Tuesday April 1st (no wise cracks, thank you) for a 7.30pm start.

All paid-up NSSC members are invited along at 6.45pm, however for the AGM where thoughts and ideas can be exchanged, new committee members proposed and main positions discussed.

Then come 7.30pm the fun and games begin with a typically riotous 12-heat video race night with the usual betting rules on the top two finishers and their order.

You know it will be a crackin’ night so put it in your diary now.
