Your account username must not be offensive, obscene or cause offence to any other user. Any account featuring a username which is reported to the administration team as being offensive will be suspended without notice.
 
 
BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT
 
By entering the chat room, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner which will not cause any offence, alarm or distress to any other person, whether they are present in the room or not.
 
Site supervisors have the authority to remove any person from the room if they are seen to be conducting themselves in an unacceptable manner. Any person who continues to conduct themselves in a manner deemed as unacceptable will have their account suspended.
 
All users must remember that the service is accessible to children, and therefore must moderate their language at all times.
 
 
MONITORING OF SESSIONS
 
All activity in this chat room is monitored and recorded at all times, even when site supervisors are not online. Transcripts are monitored as a matter of course and any person observed causing harassment, alarm, distress or annoyance will be dealt with.
 
 
GENERAL USE OF CHAT ROOM
 
Admittance to the chat room is offered on a first come, first served basis. From time to time, if the room reaches capacity, some users may not be able to enter until another user leaves or is removed by a site supervisor.
 
The room will automatically remove any user who is 'dormant' for a particular length of time, ie those who leave their accounts 'signed in' to the room while they are not there.
