1.1 Access
to this live chat room service is restricted to members only. You must be
logged in to your account to access the chat room. You can register an account
using the 'Register' tab above. |

1.2 Your
account username must not be offensive, obscene, or cause any offence to
any other user. Such accounts will be suspended by the website management
team. |

|
|
2.1 By entering
the chat room, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner which will not cause
any offence, alarm or distress to any other person, whether they are present
in the room or not. |

|
|
2.2 Children
have access to this service, and users are required to moderate their language
accordingly. Swearing and the use of offensive language will not be
tolerated. |

|
2.3 The website
team and chat room Admin staff have the authority to remove any person from
the chat room who they believe to be causing disruption or breaching any
of the terms and conditions, however in most cases a polite request or warning
will be issued to the offender(s) prior to any removal taking place. If a
user continues their behaviour after a warning has been issued, they may
be removed from the chat room without further notice and their account may
be suspended. |

2.4 The decision
to warn and/or remove a user is taken by the website team member(s) present
and is final. No discussion will be entered into during or after the
event. |

3.1 Members
are advised that all activity in this and any other live chat facility provided
within the newcastlespeedway.net website is recorded electronically. In addition
to any posting made either in public or in private, usernames, dates, times
and IP addresses are also stored on secure servers. These recordings take
place continuously, even when no Administrators are online. |

3.2 Copies
of these transcripts either in whole or in part will be made available to
officially recognised organisations or bodies in the event of any legal request
being received from a legitimate source through the proper channels. This
may include police, solicitors and/or court personnel who request such data
in writing. Members are advised that copies of these transcripts either in
whole or in part will not be made available to other parties including members
and users of this website. |

4.1 Admittance
to this chat service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. From
time to time this service may reach capacity, and some users may not be able
to join the chat room until another user leaves. The system periodically
checks for "dormant" users (those who are in the room but have not taken
part in the conversation) and may remove them from the service automatically,
in particular during busy periods. This is to allow other users the chance
to join. |
