Advertising space is offered on an availability basis, and will be allocated
on a first come, first served basis. BeeCre8ive Media and Newcastle Speedway
reserve the right to remove any advertisement either temporarily or permanently
should they believe this website is being used for the promotion or advertising
of any product or service which it is deemed may be inappropriate to the
target audience and which is not that product or service initially agreed
to advertise. This action may be taken at any time and without prior warning,
and in such an event no monies shall be refunded. Advertising period runs
until 31/12/09. The client is responsible for providing the correctly sized
and formatted advertisement either at 468x60 pixels (standard banner) or
160x600 pixels (SkyScraper). Advertising formats must be JPG, PNG or GIF.
Advertisements may be designed by BeeCre8ive Media for a one-off charge of
£20 at the client's request. Payment is required (including clearance
time for cheque payments) in advance of any advertisement being placed upon
the site. Advertisers accept that from time to time, technical issues beyond
our control may result in a loss of service, and as such accept that neither
BeeCre8ive Media or Newcastle Speedway are responsible for any such issues,
though every effort will be made to restore any loss of service at the earliest
opportunity. Changes to displayed advertisements may be made during the
advertising period at a charge of £20 per change. Newcastle Speedway
and BeeCre8ive Media make no guarantees with regards to click-through frequency
or sales levels. We reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and
Conditions at any time.
